Aer Soléir is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Serracapriola solar photovoltaic development project in Southern Italy from Horizonfirm SRL. Ashurst Milan acted as legal advisor to Aer Soléir for the acquisition.

Aer Soléir will work with local partner NRG+ to develop the plant. Once fully developed, it will have an installed capacity of 50 MW, enough electricity to power up to 2,000 homes. This acquisition represents Aer Soléir’s first solar technology investment and the third investment in Italy, expanding Aer Soléir’s presence in the key Italian market.
