Aer Soléir – Irish for “clear air” – is dedicated to accelerating the energy transition in Europe. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, we are a developer of utility scale onshore wind, solar PV and battery storage in select European markets.

Aer Soléir operates a resource-lite business model utilising a development partnership approach to outsource resource intensive early- to mid-stage development to local development partners via development services agreements (“DSA”).

Aer Soléir retain responsibility for development oversight and project financing and execution. Procurement, Contracting, Project Finance and Power Offtake are critical in-house retained skill sets managed by our vastly experienced, world-class team.

Our top-tier management team brings together decades of collective renewable energy experience in investment, development, commercial, engineering, procurement, contracting, financing, construction, offtake and asset management. The team has collectively developed 45 GW+ of renewable projects globally, raised over €5 bn+ in project finance, procured 22GW of generation plant, constructed 18GW and operated 9GW of renewable facilities and contracted 3.6GW of corporate and utility offtake agreements.

Portfolio

Since its inception in April 2021, Aer Soléir has developed a 2.2 GW active development pipeline of renewable energy projects in Greece, Italy, Ireland, Spain and Portugal, including our 417 MW contracted, advanced-stage, onshore wind Greek portfolio.
